Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Lumio account and associated data at any time.

From inside the app

Open the Lumio app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete my account, and confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately. Your skin analyses, routines, reminders, and chat history are permanently removed. (Your selfies were already deleted within 24 hours of each analysis.)

If you can't access the app, email us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. We'll confirm deletion within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

Your account profile and authentication data
Your skin profile, goals, and saved preferences
Your skin analyses, scores, and history
Your routines, reminders, and habit data
Your Aria chat history
Your push notification tokens

What may remain

Backup snapshots that include your data are purged on a rolling basis (within 30 days). Subscription receipts and minimal billing records are retained for accounting and tax purposes as required by law. Aggregated, anonymized data that can no longer identify you may be retained to improve the Service.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Lumio Pro subscription. To stop renewals, also cancel the subscription from your App Store or Google Play account settings.
